Refund & Cancellation Policy

Black Apex Studio is a Louisiana sole proprietorship owned by Isaiah Fitte, based in Port Sulphur, Louisiana. We want every client to feel confident working with us. This policy explains how deposits, refunds, and cancellations work, and is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

A deposit may be required to reserve your project start date and begin work. Deposits cover scheduling, planning, and the initial work on your project. Deposits are non-refundable except as described in this policy, because once work begins we have committed time and resources to your project.

Larger projects are often billed in milestones. Each milestone payment covers a specific stage of work. Once a milestone is delivered and approved, that payment is non-refundable. If you cancel before a milestone is started, that milestone payment may be refunded, minus any work already completed toward it.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

• You cancel before any work has started on your project.
• We are unable to begin or complete the agreed scope through no fault of yours.
• There is a material error on our part that we cannot or will not fix.

Refunds are not available for work already completed, time spent in discovery or planning, or for changes you request that fall outside the agreed scope. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 14 days.

You may cancel your project at any time by emailing us at isaiahfitte20@yahoo.com. Your cancellation takes effect when we receive it. You will pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any prepaid but unstarted milestones may be refunded. Any scheduled deposit is handled under Section 2 above.

We may cancel a project if we are unable to complete it, if payment is not made on time, or if the scope changes in a way we cannot support. If we cancel through no fault of yours, you will receive a refund for any work paid for but not delivered.

Our monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance. You may cancel a maintenance plan at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. We do not refund partial months already paid, but your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. To cancel, email isaiahfitte20@yahoo.com.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at isaiahfitte20@yahoo.com — we will work to resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your project or service.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be handled under Louisiana law.
